• Find the item you want to buy.
• Click on the product and select your size if necessary. Place the item in your shopping cart by clicking on 'in shopping cart'.
• You will now be redirected to your shopping basket where you will see an overview of your order. You can also pay here. Do you want to continue shopping? No problem. The item remains in your shopping cart.
• You can log in to your own account during checkout, but it is of course also possible to pay as a guest.

You can cancel or change your order by contacting our customer service at email address [email protected] or by filling in your wishes in our contact form, stating your order number.

Our webshop is provided with an SSL certificate and this can be recognized by the lock in your browser. This protection ensures that all privacy-sensitive data is very well encrypted. 

In addition, your payment is of course simply made via your own secure banking environment.

At PGwear Netherlands we have concluded a contract with one of the largest payment providers in the Netherlands; Mollie.

Because we are affiliated with Mollie, we not only support common payment methods such as iDEAL and PayPal, but you can also pay with us via all major credit cards and within the Netherlands also afterwards via Klarna.

In addition, we can also serve clients from abroad extra well. For example, we offer Belgian payment methods such as Mister Cash / Bancontact, Belfius Direct and KBC CBC Payment Button.

No, you do not need an account with us to place your order. If you plan to order more often, it is handy to have your own account because you do not have to enter your details every time, but if you do not find that a problem then we think that is fine of course.

When ordering, assume a delivery time between 3 and 5 working days. In many cases this will be faster, but we are somewhat dependent on the delivery from our parent company.

We ship all orders via PostNL. Depending on the size of your order, we choose a letterbox package or a normal package. 

We have more and more customers who order from Belgium and that is no problem at all thanks to the delivery via PostNL. It may be that a shipment takes just a day longer, but in many cases we see delivery within a day after we send a package.

After placing your order, we will process your order and when we register your order with PostNL, you will receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code. You will receive this code on the day of our shipment. Once your shipment is registered, it will take 1 to 2 working days for your order to arrive.

Note: sometimes the PostNL Track & Trace ends up in your folder unwanted. This sometimes occurs in particular with Microsoft email addresses.

You may return the goods ordered and received by you within thirty days without stating reasons. This, of course, only if the items are undamaged and, in the case of clothing, still have the tags and, above all, are unworn. Go to our page 'Returns'for more information and our return form.

We send all our packages via PostNL, which means that we can ship within Europe. The shipping costs differ per country.
